The impact and cost of food waste is huge, that's why The Waste Transformers partnered at the Westergasfabriek area in Amsterdam with 12 restaurants, two theaters, and a mini brewery in this cultural park, all of which now separate their food waste. The Waste Transformers pick it up twice a day, and the self-sufficient processing installation converts this waste into green energy.
