Our financing options
There are a number of financing options available to enable the rapid decarbonization of your food waste management. Driven by our commitment to co-create the world we want to live in, our approach is built on trust, transparency, and strong partnerships, enabling us to provide flexible financing solutions to our clients' needs. Besides purchasing options, we deliver customized leasing, and service-based offerings.
Purchase
A Waste Transformer can be purchased from us. Typical payment terms cover: - 40% of contract value, paid on the signing of the contract - 30% of the contract value, paid at start of the construction - 25% of the contract value, paid at Factory Acceptance Test - Final 5% paid on commissioning.
Financial lease
Some clients may also qualify for a financial lease construct. This requires that 20% of the contract price is paid on contract signature by the client. After commissioning, qualifying clients will be able to repay the remaining purchasing price over a period of maximum 36 months, with either bi-annual or quarterly payments being made from the savings from both the gatefee and energy (and in some cases fertilizer).
Waste as a Service
This is a new offering by The Waste Transformers. Qualified clients will enter into a contractual relationship with The Waste Transformers, for a period that covers the life-span of the biodigester. This is a full service offering provided to our clients that encompasses the pre-financing of the solution, access to our expertise and a full on-site, operations and maintenance package tailored to meet diverse needs. The client pays a monthly fee for the full service. In addition, we can provide reporting that includes insight into your food waste-generated CO2 savings. It is a hassle-free premium solution aimed at enabling clients to quickly and effectively gain the benefits from climate leadership.
